In what order should I apply my skincare products?
A general rule:
Morning Routine: Cleanser → Toner → Day Moisturizer
Evening Routine: Cleanser → Toner → Night Moisturizer
Are La Biosthétique products tested on animals?
No. All of our production and testing takes place in our own state-of-the-art laboratories in the Black Forest, Pforzheim, Germany. Our international team of biochemists ensures continuous, rigorous testing — always without animal testing, which we strictly prohibit for all of our products.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1–3 business days to ship, plus an additional 1–7 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Do you ship to East & West Malaysia?
At this time, delivery is available within West Malaysia only, with a flat shipping fee. We look forward to making our skincare more accessible in the future.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only deliver within Malaysia.
How do I get free shipping?
Orders with values over RM499 and shipping qualify for free standard shipping.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I return or exchange my skincare product?
For the safety and well-being of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products. As skincare is a personal care item, this policy helps us maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards.
